In the name of Allah, The Compassionate, The Merciful

Yea unto God belong all things in the heavens and on earth, and enough is God to carry through all affairs.
If it were His Will, He could destroy you, 0 mankind, and create another race; for He has power this to do.

Sura: 4, Ayat: 132-133.

See they not how many of those before them We did destroy - Generations We had established on the earth, in strength such as We have not given to you - for whom We poured out rain from the skies in abundance, and gave (fertile) streams flowing beneath their (feet): yet for their sins We destroyed them, and raised in their wake fresh generations (to succeed them).

Sura: 6, Ayat: 6.

If the people of the towns had but believed and feared God, We should indeed have opened out to them (all kinds of) blessings from heaven and earth; but they rejected (the truth), and We brought them to book for their misdeeds.

Sura: 7, Ayat: 96.

Like Pharaoh's people and those that have gone before them, they disbelieved Allah's revelations. Therefore, Allah will smite them in their sinfulness. Mighty is Allah and stern His retribution.
This is because Allah does not withhold His favours from men until they change what is in their hearts.
Allah is Hearing, Knowing.

Sura: 8, Ayat: 52-53.

Say: 'I have not the power to benefit or to harm myself except what Allah pleases. Unto every nation is a fixed term. When their term expires they cannot delay it for an hour, nor can they bring it before (its time).'

Sura: 10, Ayat: 49.

Why were there not, among the generations before you, persons possessed of balanced good sense, prohibiting (men) from mischief in the earth - except a few among them whom We saved (from harm)? But the wrongdoers pursued the enjoyment of the good things of life which were given them, and persisted in sin.

Sura: 11, Ayat: 116.

Your Lord would not have ruined those towns, without just cause, had their inhabitants been righteous men.

Sura: 11, Ayat: 117.

... Verily never will God change the condition of a people until they change it themselves (with their own souls). But when (once) God wills a people's punishment, there can be no turning it back, nor will they find, besides Him, any to protect.

Sura: 13, Ayat: 11.

We sent not an apostle except (to teach) in the language of his (own) people, in order to make (things) clear to them. Now God leaves straying those whom He pleases and guides whom He pleases: And He is Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.
We sent Moses with Our Signs (and the command). "Bring out your people from the depths of darkness into light, and teach them to remember the days of God*." Verily in this there are Signs for such as are firmly patient and constant, - grateful and appreciative.

(*Commemorative Days)

Sura: 14, Ayat: 4-5.

Then the Blast overtook them with justice, and We made them as rubbish of dead leaves (floating on the stream of Time)! So away with the people who do wrong! Then We raised after them other generations.
No people can hasten their terms, nor can they delay (it).

Sura: 23, Ayat: 41-43.

And how many populations We destroyed, which exulted in their life (of ease and plenty)! Now those habitations of theirs, after them, are deserted, all but a (miserable) few! And we are their heirs! Nor was your Lord the one to destroy a population until He had sent to its Centre an apostle, rehearsing to them our Signs; nor are We going to destroy a population except when its members practise iniquity.

Sura: 28, Ayat: 58-59.

Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them? They were superior to them in strength: they tilled the soil and populated it in greater numbers than these have done, there came to them their apostles with Clear (Sign), (which they rejected, to their own destruction): it was not God who wronged them, but they wronged their own souls.
In the long run evil in the extreme will be the End of those who do evil; for that they rejected the Signs of God, and held them up to ridicule.

Sura: 30, Ayat: 9-10.

We did indeed aforetime give the Book to Moses: Be not then in doubt of its reaching (you): and We made it a guide to the Children of Israel. And We appointed, from among them, Leaders, giving guidance under Our command, so long as they persevered with patience and continued to have faith in Our signs.

Sura: 32, Ayat: 23-24.

Then give the glad tidings to the Believers, that they shall have from God a very great bounty. And obey not (the behests) of the unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and heed not their annoyances, but put your trust in God. For enough is God as a Dispenser of affairs.

Sura: 33, Ayat: 47-48.

Surely, the righteous have gardens of bliss with their Lord. Are We to deal with the true believers as We deal with the wrongdoers? What has come over you? How do you judge?

Sura: 68, Ayat: 34-36.

But what has befallen the unbelievers, that they scramble before you in multitudes from left and right?
Does every one of them seek to enter a garden of delight? By no means. For We have created them out of something that they know.
I swear by the Lord of the East and the West that we have the power to destroy them and replace them by others better than them: nothing can hinder Us from so doing. So leave them to amuse themselves and blunder about in their folly until they face the day with which they are threatened; the day when they shall rush from their graves, like men rallying to a goal-post, with downcast eyes and countenances distorted with shame.
Such is the day with which they are threatened.

Sura: 70, Ayat: 36-44.

And yet, they (who deny the truth) are wont to ask, "When is that promise (of resurrection and judgement) to be fulfilled? (Answer this, 0 you who believe in it,) if you are men of truth!" Say (O Prophet): "It is not within my power to avert harm from or bring benefit to, myself, except as God may please. For all people a term has been set: when the end of their term approaches, they can neither delay it by a single moment, nor hasten it".

Sura: 10, Ayat: 48-49.

Never have We destroyed a nation whose term of life was not ordained beforehand. No people can forestall their doom, nor can they retard it.

Sura: 15, Ayat: 4-5.

In the name of Allah, The Compassionate, The Merciful

Those that have embraced the faith and those that have left their land and fought for the cause of Allah, may hope for Allah's mercy. Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Sura: 2, Ayat: 218.

Their Lord answers them, saying: 'I will deny no man or woman among you the reward of their labours. You are the offspring of one another.'
Those that fled their homes or were expelled from them, and those that suffered persecution and fought and died for My cause, shall be forgiven their sins and admitted to gardens watered by running streams, as a reward from Allah; it is Allah who holds the richest recompense.

Sura: 3, Ayat: 195.

They but wish that you should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee from the domain of evil. But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever you find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks; - except those who join a group between whom and you there is a treaty (of peace)....

Sura: 4, Ayat: 89-90.

Behold, those whom the angels gather in death while they are still sinning against themselves, (the angels) will ask, 'What was wrong with you?' They will answer: 'We were too weak and oppressed on earth.' (The Angels) will say: 'Was, then, God's earth not wide enough for you to forsake the domain of evil?'
For such, then, the goal is hell - and how evil a journey's end! But excepted shall be the truly helpless - be they men or women or children - who cannot bring forth any strength and have not been shown the right way: as for them, God may well efface their sin - for God is indeed an absolver of sins, much-forgiving.

Sura: 4, Ayat: 97-99.

He that flees his homeland for the cause of Allah shall find numerous places of refuge in the land and great abundance. He that leaves his dwelling to right for Allah and His Apostle and is then overtaken by death, shall be rewarded by Allah. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Sura: 4, Ayat: 100.

Those who believed, and adopted exile, and fought for the Faith, with their property and their persons, in the cause of God, as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid, - these are (all) friends and protectors, one of another. As to those who believed but came not into exile, you owe no duty of protection to them until they come into exile; but if they seek your aid in religion, it is your duty to help them, except against a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance. And (remember) God sees all that you do.
The Unbelievers are protectors, one of another; unless you do this, (protect each other), there would be tumult and oppression on earth, and great mischief.

Sura: 8, Ayat: 72-73.

Those who believe, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith, in the cause of God, as well as those who give (them) asylum and aid, these are (all) in very truth the Believers: For them is the forgiveness of sins and a provision most generous.
And those who accept Faith subsequently, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith in your company, - they are of you. But kindred by blood have prior rights against each other in the Book of God.
Verily God is well-acquainted with all things.

Sura: 8, Ayat: 74-75.

Those that have embraced the faith and migrated from their homes and fought for Allah's cause with their wealth and their persons are held in higher regard by Allah. It is they who shall triumph. Their Lord has promised them joy and mercy, and gardens of eternal bliss where they shall dwell for ever.
Allah's reward is great indeed.

Sura: 9, Ayat: 20-22.

To those who leave their homes in the cause of God, after suffering oppression, We will assuredly give a goodly home in this world; but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater. If they only realised (this)!
(They are) those who patiently persevere and put their trust on their Lord.

Sura: 16, Ayat: 41-42.

But verily your Lord, - To those who leave their homes after trials and persecutions, - and who thereafter strive and right for the Faith and patiently persevere, - your Lord, after all this is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful -

Sura: 16, Ayat: 110.

Those who leave their homes in the cause of God, and are then slain or die, - on them will God bestow verily a goodly Provision; truly God is He Who bestows the best Provision.
Verily He will admit them to a place with which they shall be well pleased: For God is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.

Sura: 22, Ayat: 58-59.

0 My servants who believe! Truly, spacious is My earth: Therefore serve you Me - (and Me alone).

Sura: 29, Ayat: 56.

How many are the creatures that carry not their own sustenance? It is God Who feeds (both) them and you: (one should not stay back from migration on account of worldly riches) For He hears and knows (all things).

Sura: 29, Ayat: 60.

Say: 'My servants who believe, fear your Lord. Those who do good works in this life shall receive a good reward.
Allah's earth is vast. Those that endure with fortitude shall be requited without measure.'

Sura: 39, Ayat: 10.

(Some part is due) to the indigent Muhajirs, those who were expelled from their homes and their property, while seeking Grace from God and (His) Good Pleasure, and aiding God and His Apostle:
Such are indeed the sincere ones: - But those who before them, had homes (in Medina) and had adopted the Faith, - show their affection to such as came to them for refuge, and entertain no desire in their hearts for things given to the (latter), but give them preference over themselves, even though poverty was their (own lot). And those saved from the covetousness of their own souls, - they are the ones that achieve prosperity. And those who came after them say: 'Our Lord! Forgive us, and our brethren who came before us into the Faith, and leave not, in our hearts, rancour (or sense of injury) against those who have believed. Our Lord! You are indeed Full of Kindness, Most Merciful.'

Sura: 59, Ayat: 8 - 10.

0 you who believe! When there come to you believing women refugees, examine (and test) them: God knows best as to their Faith: if you ascertain that they are Believers, then send them not back to the Unbelievers. They are not lawful (wives) for the Unbelievers, nor are the (Unbelievers) lawful (husbands) for them. But pay the Unbelievers what they have spent (on their dower). And there will be no blame on you if you marry them on payment of their dower to them. But hold not to the guardianship of unbelieving women:
ask for what you have spent on their dowers, and let the (Unbelievers) ask for what they have spent (on the dowers of women who come over to you). Such is the command of God: He judges (with justice) between you. And God is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom.
And if any of your wives deserts you to the Unbelievers, and you have an accession (by the coming over of a woman from the other side), then pay to those whose wives have deserted the equivalent of what they had spent (on their dower). And fear God, in Whom you believe.

Sura: 60, Ayat: 10-11.
